September’s meeting with feature a talk by Alan Kilpatrick from Dunedin who specialises in the early Queen Victoria issues of what was then a fledgling new British colony.At “Cofex 23” that was held at the Te Hapua Halswell Library Centre Alan exhibited New Zealand Chalon Heads: The 4d Rose and the 4d Yellow, a brief Study which earnt him a Large Gold Award and Best Overall Exhibit of the show.
