The once a year formality when we summarise the past year, set targets for the following, and get your chance to deliver your criticisms of the team’s performance over the previous year (hopefully not…). You could even stage a coup and take over the running if so inclined (unlikely probably but you never know….) Hopefully the formality in practice will be over very quickly and we’ll get on with our the real purpose of our meetings, to share things philatelic that we find interesting and enjoyable.
