Captain Coqk

The CPS publishes a 16-page colour newsletter 11 times yearly (no January edition) called “Captain Coqk”. This newsletter publishes various articles on philately written by members and supporters to help widen people’s knowledge of the hobby.

In each issue, one page gives information on the Society, while another covers recent Society activities. This leaves up to twelve pages for articles for which the publication has garnered a good reputation over the years.

The newsletter is distributed to financial members in hard copy or digital format. For further details, refer to the membership form on the contact page of this site.

We also have a publication, “Postal History of World War One”, by Robin Startup, which is a digital reproduction of Startup’s original, unpublished 1960 work, which can be downloaded for free here.
