Friday 8th to Sunday 10th September 2028 are confirmed as the public open days for this exhibition. The Air Force Museum at Wigram in Christchurch has been booked and also confirmed as the venue.

This coincides with the centennial of Kingsford Smith’s First Trans Tasman flight when he landed at the Wigram airfield, where the RNZAF Air Force Museum stands today. This gives us a wonderful theme for this New Zealand National Philatelic Exhibition which will be known simply as CANPEX 2028.
