At this weeks New Zealand Philatelic Federation meeting there were two applications from organisations seeking patronage for the 2028 National Philatelic Exhibition. It did come to a vote with the result being the application from CANPEX to hold one in Christchurch to mark the centennial of Kingsford Smith’s flight across the Tasman and arrival at Wigram was approved.
