The Society operates a Circuit Book system for members who could be a buyers or a seller.
For Buyers
You regularly receive a folder with many booklets with stamps adhered to the pages. These can be removed and purchased with a system of initially the space where the stamp is taken from and the total purchase written on the cover. The folder is passed on to the next on the circuit, and the money is sent to the Exchange Superintendent.
For Sellers
You can obtain a booklet from the Exchange Superintendent at a minimal
charge, which you are then free to fix in the stamps you have for sale and then return the filled booklet. It will then get put into a folder and sent through the circuit consisting of a number of members. A reconciliation is done twice a year, and the sellers receive their payment in fewer commissions.
